A participatory chanting practice routed in the Indian tradition of call-and-response chanting (repetitive) of the Divine Names. No experience is necessary. The chanting accompanied by music helps to slow us down so we can quiet the mind and open the heart much like a meditation practice. By doing this together as a group we can often let go and focus better and support each others practice.
