This 4-day retreat we will dive deeper into the teachings of Ram Dass and look at the practices that help us "Become Love"
Sessions include:
- Exclusive Ram Dass archival lectures and will be available for Q&A sessions via Zoom.
- Dharma Talks will be led by Lama Surya
- Nightly Kirtan & Chant Workshop will be led by Nina Rao
Ramayana workshop with Raghu Markus
Hatha Yoga & Pranayama will be led by Saraswati Markus
Hosted by Hanuman Gardens at Camp Arnaz, this retreat is now located at Camp Arnaz, 10 minutes from the former location.
Our retreats grew beyond the capacity of Hanuman Gardens! We are honored to have the HG team continue to work with LSRF to execute the retreats with the same grace, love, and devotion.
Vegetarian (Includes Vegan/Gluten Free/Raw) Meals are prepared lovingly by Food Harmonics.
