Chandra and Nina share a profound appreciation for and interest in the complementary wisdom and devotional traditions of Tibet and India honoring the divine feminine. In this ongoing series they weave together mystical stories, visualizations, meditations, mantra repetition, and singing chants to offer an immersive experience of the many pathways available to us as we explore the feminine creative power that underlies our inner and outer nature. Open to all.

In celebration of Navratri (Oct. 7-15), both the September and October gatherings of Nature of the Heart will enter into the devotional mood of the Goddess by practicing prayers from the Chandi Pāth and other texts honoring Her. We will also learn about some of the Buddhist manifestations of Arya Tara that are related to Durga.

Navratri is a nine-night, autumnal Hindu festival honoring the embodiment of the divine feminine, Devi. Also known as Durga, Devi is regarded as the primordial mother and a fierce goddess of strength, protection, and power, as well as compassion and wisdom. Join us as we invoke the spirit of the Supreme Mother during the auspicious and joyful time of Navratri!
