“Even though, ultimately, there is merger and union and One and the eternal presence and God is formless and all of that, the methods of climbing the mountain are many.” – Ram Dass
Welcome to Many Paths, One Mountain: Practices for Living with Awareness and Heart, a 10-day virtual practice course.
We live in overwhelming times. There's so much coming at us, so much pulling at our attention, that it can be hard to remember what we already know. And yet something in you does remember how to feel what's real. That part hasn't gone anywhere.
Practice isn't about having the answers. It's about quieting down the noise long enough to hear what's already there - so that we can show up for ourselves and others with clarity, compassion and ease.
That's what these ten days are for.
This course is built around practice first - with teachings to support and deepen what you're discovering along the way. Ram Dass always said there are many paths up the mountain. These ten days are an invitation to find what actually works for you.
What You'll Learn:
How to practice without mystery or intimidation - just simple, honest, workable methods
That there are many entry points, and yours is the right one for where you are right now
How to honor the full range of paths - meditative, devotional, embodied, relational
How to hold discipline lightly, with compassion for yourself along the way
How to build something that actually sticks, in the middle of a real life
That awakening isn't about fixing yourself. It's about remembering who you already are.
