NYC: Peace of My Heart Weekend, Morning Hanuman Chalisas with Nina Rao

This event is by donation, all proceeds will support Saving Wild Tigers to help in the preservation of wild habitat in India. Select the 'Hanuman Chalisa Donation' option on Humanitix if you would like to make a contribution.

Will call begins at 10:00am. Doors open at 10:30am.

Chant 11 Hanuman Chalisas together with Nina Rao and other local kirtan wallahs: Shyama Chapin, Ambika and Devadas.

Newburgh, NY: Navarātri Kīrtan with Nina Rao

Join us in the practice of chanting the divine Names and Hindu and Buddhist mantras along with musical accompaniment. Together as satsang (or in good company), we help each other quiet the mind and open the heart through call-and-response singing. This is a practice of Bhakti Yoga or the Yoga of Devotion. Yoga is the path of practice leading us to realize our true Nature. No experience required, open to All.
